Welcome to Just Walk ("App", "Service", "we", "us", "our"), a mobile application registered in Malta.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Just Walk application and related services.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2. Description of the Service

Just Walk is a mobile application that rewards users for physical activity, specifically walking.

Users earn virtual points ("Points") based on the number of steps they take. These Points can later be redeemed for rewards offered by participating partners such as:

  • Supermarkets
  • Shopping malls
  • Retail partners

Points are calculated using step-tracking and activity data collected through your device or authorized integrations.

3. Eligibility

To use Just Walk, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

If you are under the required age, you must not use the App.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Not create multiple or fraudulent accounts

You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Step Tracking and Data Accuracy

Just Walk relies on step-counting technologies, which may include:

  • Mobile device sensors
  • Health data integrations
  • Third-party tracking providers

We do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of step tracking
  • Continuous availability of tracking services

We reserve the right to verify and adjust step counts and Points in case of suspected errors or abuse.

6. Points System

6.1 Earning Points

Points are awarded based on the number of steps recorded.

We reserve the right to:

  • Set conversion rates (e.g., steps-to-points ratio)
  • Apply daily or monthly earning limits
  • Modify how Points are earned at any time

6.2 No Monetary Value

Points:

  • Have no cash or monetary value
  • Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the App

7. Rewards and Redemption

Points may be redeemed for rewards offered by third-party partners, including:

  • Discounts
  • Gift vouchers
  • Retail benefits

We do not guarantee:

  • Availability of specific rewards
  • Continuous partnerships with specific retailers

Rewards:

  • May change or be removed at any time
  • May be subject to additional partner terms

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Manipulate step counts (e.g., using bots, devices, or artificial movement)
  • Exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities
  • Use multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Violation may result in:

  • Loss of Points
  • Account suspension or permanent ban

9. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party providers for:

  • Step tracking
  • Data processing
  • Reward fulfillment

We are not responsible for:

  • Failures or inaccuracies caused by third parties
  • Services, products, or rewards provided by partners

10. Health and Location Data

Just Walk may process:

  • Physical activity data (e.g., steps)
  • Location data (if enabled)

This data:

  • Is processed securely
  • May be handled by trusted third-party service providers

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of this data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You have rights including:

12. Account Suspension and Termination

  • Logos
  • Designs
  • Software

is owned by Just Walk or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part without permission.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or error-free operation
  • Accuracy of tracking or rewards

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Walk is not liable for:

  • Loss of Points or rewards
  • Inaccurate tracking data
  • Service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Changes will:

  • Be posted in the App or website
  • Take effect upon publication

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Maltese courts.
